    I am a chapstick alcoholic. Or, I guess you could say, a chapstickoholic but the point is I have a problem. I tried going to meetings, joining support groups, and reading self-help books but none of it works. I'm addicted to lip balm.     Materials:
    standard bridal petticoat
    Rit dye
    rubber gloves
    old towel
    newspaper
    large pot
    salt
    detergent
    stirrer
    scissors
    pins
    sewing machine

    1. First put down some newspaper, put on the gloves, open the dye, and read the dye directions a couple of times.
