love love love this episode.  Thrift stores are bank for great frames and we have repurposed them and our pad looks like new (but vintage new, not new new)  LOVE DIY.  thank you meg and your cute cute puppy.

I have old puppy pictures out of old mags all around my bed, and with the cute cute clothespins, my mom can leave me and my aunt Charlotte notes in frames instead of on the counter where they get lost!!  Thank you Meg, for helping my mom leave me notes for someone to feed me.

Meanwhile, that project was just what I need!  I have a bunch of little pics and posters that need to be displayed!  I might make two, So I can revolve it with my designs and my inspiration boards. OR!!! I make three and set it up like a mini screen on my desk!  Creativity! yah!

Hey what I did with an old frame is that I cut diagonally so it makes a big L then I trimmed the sides to the length I wanted it then I screwed 5 hooks on one of the sides (on the inside of the frame) and hung it up as a necklace holder. It works great.

My improvment to the quick tip: tweak the map.  I'm gonna draw giant dinosaurs attacking my hometown.  Miami's gonna get it!

everytime i watch one of these episodes, i'm inspired to go rearrange my furniture and get my hands dirty. thank you!

oh, and props for featuring a combo of illustrations, personal art, greeting cards, stretched tees, viewer's work, and photography. you get that everyone's got a different aesthetic and it's refreshing not to have any one idea shoved down your throat.

This is GREAT! I have so many friends that are talented artists and not NEARLY enough wall space to show off all of their work. I also can't afford to constantly be buying new frames, nor do I want to consume that much. This DIY project is super-helpful, easy and will help me be a better friend to my artist buddies who make such pretty things for my walls.

What a great use for an old frame! There are so many neat things you can do with that. I love how innovative and creative you are with YOUR indie art collection. You gave me so many ideas.
