Great tut Meg, I'm so gonna redo my room! Thanks for all the cool ideas. I love the headboard idea, but i think it looks a bit unrealistic (and sort of boring) as a rectangle. I would probably cut it into a fancier shape, maybe with bedposts etc. Aart from that, it was awesome.

Do you guys know any cheap shop where I can get cool candles and lantern lights on a string? I really want to redecorate my room, but have no idea where I can get the supplies. (I love Meg's room! She's always got the coolest furniture and ways of turning a blab room into and awesome colorful one!)

I've also been wondering, where I can get contact paper? Also, is it removable? Thanks!

Wow. I've been working on my room for a coupl of days now and when ever I lose my motivation, I watch this episode and puts me right back on track. The only down side is all the dust, so I have to take a few breaks, or else my allergies act up. Keep it up, dude!

You should do tip's for people who rent or for other reasons can paint there rooms. One Method is to use Posterbord or card bord and set them up say to look like a city sky line and place it along your wall, easily removed and won't loose you deposit. also I use those paper sleeves that DVd's some times have and I have taped them along my wall. it makes a neat line up of the films I like and it draws attention from the blank walls.

Awesome show! Do you have any ideas for making a cheap desk? I need a lot of drawers and storage space. I thought about using two of those plastic drawer things but what could I use for a desktop?

Wow, love the episode. I keep wanting to redo my bedroom and I love your head board idea - it looks great, doesn't take up too much room and is easy on your wallet. I also love the color you guys decided to paint your room- it's a good neutral color (with being so beige) it's a great color for a couple, not too girly and not too manly. i love it! can't wait to see next week!!

fantabulous episode, and kudos with the addition of the John Lennon and Yoko Ono pictures. I really need to change up me room. My walls are painted brown (supposed to look like egypt...) and my carpet is green! Its too darn confusing. I wish I could easily paint my room yellow.. If only it were that easy.

I am a college student looking to add some of my own style to my bed room in my apartment but I can't paint the walls or pot any nails in the walls so what do I do pleas help me. Ps: it would allso help my friends that live in college dorm rooms.

umm....so after penguen's desk I get some sort of "glamore on a budget" thing then it freezes and wants to start over...anyone else having this problem??

Wow, your room is really small, but then again you're in a tiny apartment with a double bed. Good work with the decor! My main decor challenge is I have a border wallpaper that goes straight through my room horizontally. It's been there for at least 10 years but i fear removing it if possible) will damage my walls.
