awe that's a cute idea, but at the end they should have made their own oscar dude. spray paint a ken doll gold then glue him to a small terracotta pot, or something else from around the house. maybe a yogurt or pudding container.
lovelovelove this. my fave episode too. Mickey Rourke? you kill me. Gracie should win for cutest dog on film this year... seriously.. best performance by a little face.
Great job Meg! My favorite episode so far! You do a great Mickey Rourke. I was not that excited about the Oscar's before, but I think I might just cook up some popcorn and loss myself in those red carpet moments tomorrow night. Have fun at your Oscar party!

Great episode, don't really care to watch the Oscars; but none the less Meg was FABULOUS. Organic popcorn mmmmmmmmm, much better than the artificial goodness of microwave popcorn.

A whole entire week of threadbangers? I'm loving Oscars week! yay! hehe. I don't get who the first red-carpet person was either. But looks like a lovely party Meg! I love Gracie's money collar hehe.
I love this episode! Meg, I absolutely adore your dress. Where ever did you get it. I so wish that I could make it. Hey, Meg, sinse your really into vintage stuff, I was wondering if you could help me. I have this bright yellow suitcase, like the ones you see in thrift stores that come in blue, green, and brown. Its has little bumps all over. (I hope you know what I'm talking about) I was wondering if you had any ideas on how to spice up the outside because the inside is adorable and its one of my favorite vintagie thing I own. Thanks and great episode!
My dress was my mom's. My mom is a classy lady with plenty o' style, who sometimes hands me down some of her pieces. THANKS MOM!!! Good question about the suitcase, I will definitely try to think of some ideas. What material is the outside of it? Could you screen paint it? Upholster it with fabric? xox, Meg

Okay, so I have scoured the internet looking for pics of my suitcase and have found very little. But I found ones that are close. http://www.kaboodle.com/hi/img/b/0/0/2c/b/AAAAC4ZUThMAAAAAACy-Kg.jpg I cannot put fabric over it because it is made of a very hard material.

Question...who was the first red-carpet wannabee suppose to be?
Hysterical :)) Thank you so much ;) An unexpected dramatic ending. Kept me on the edge of my seat. Great suspense. I felt the emotion ;) P.S. Wonderful ideas as well ;) Sheila
Amy, I swear, if we had ONE more thing in common I'd think we were secret friends. I am so glad to see I am not the only one obsessed with quality dish ware. xox, Meg

Awesome ideas. Thanks for another great episode. Who is that girl in the commercial? The one who talks about how can someone recycle their computer? Her voice sounds so familiar.
"And if you want to make a full dinner... Good luck with that!" HA! I laughed so loud. Great episode, so funny. Loved the red carpet in the beginning ;D So many cute party ideas, yey!
Haha, this is one of the best threadbanger episodes. SO funny and filled with really great ideas. the popcorn buffet and diy red carpet were genius. your place is so cool.
Oh man, Meg...HILARIOUS! I'm a big fan of Gracie. Big fan. Major fan. Thanks for cracking me up and sharing that lil pooch with the world! P.s. I'd die for your le creuset.
Meg you rock!. I have a packed house coming and I am going to use your Red Carpet idea and popcorn suggestion. Where do you still get film for the Polaroid. I have one. I loved your Oscar acceptance!!
