I think I'm going to use this to make a china doll costume. Use red silk, maybe?

awsome! i went immediatly to the thrift store but couldnt find anything darker than kaki day before halloween ... so at big lots next door i bought 2 $5 fleese blankets 60x70! thats as close of a material i could find - about 3 hrs later- not toobad since i was sewing by hand - no machine!

came in handy the size of the blankets cause my man is 6'4'' - he looks soo awsome on him!! once it was made we thought of at leaste 6 differnent characters you could easyly make this into !
we 're thinking an undead preist for tomorrow - complete with inverted cross neclace and face makeup

    thanks for the fun!!

my pirate hat turned out AWFUL hahaha i had fun trying though !
    - I would sugest for anyone out there to not even bother w/ 100% polyester faux leather pants to try to make em. Think biker leather - worn is best - cause i went to the goodwill and found a brand new hidious pair of these and it turned out really fake and plastic cowboy-ey. Also make sure to leave alot of material when you go to make the rolled up pointing parts ! I cut might too close.

the robe on my boyfriend looks great! Thanks again!
