Hey Threadbanger, it would be totally rad if you did a tutorial on how to turn your fashion drawings and ideas...into patterns. Seriously, I have trouble with that.

Great episode. Loved the eye candy :) It also got methinking about draping. Ms. Parsons said it's one of the "skills" you must master. I thought that it only consisted of sort of wraping the fabric around the dress form and figuring out the way it should flow on it. How about an episode about draping? Or at least mentioning it? :)

I keep watching it try to figure out how the make that padded double to go over the dressform. I need something like that!

this is the best episode ever!! I am a Costume Design Major in Houston TX. It really takes a lot of work, but in the end it's always fun. I'm taking draping at the moment so this was just grea to watch. Thanks!

I had no idea how much work went into making those costumes. I can't believe they make the entire costume twice, once with cheaper material. WOW. Talk about dedication... great episode!

I think those ladies are older because they have been on that shop since it opened in 1980. Once you find a good seamstress you never let her get away.

On a day to day basis this is grueling work. As a young person it might be a fun thought. Look at the tired out of shape tired women who are working there.
