I wish I lived in the States, just so I could go to makerfaire! There was one person with swaporamarama who had such a cool style! She modelled too on the show bit. Long black hair shaved back at the front and just super cool. I need a sewing machine.

Wow...this looked like a blast, sorry I couldnt make it, I'll have to wait for the next one in California to come around. I am headed out to the big Star Wars Celebration 4 convention here in LA this weekend though, any tips on how to make a cool Star Wars costume for the 30th Anniversary out of DIY stuff? One of my favorite episodes, it's so cool to see all the innovation out there. I especially liked the rant by that woman at the end. She's got a lot of good points! I miss the DIY-creation segment, though. I'm sure it'll be back next week :)
