Stitch Rock, Craft Fair, How To Sew a Zipper, Thread Heads

Oh thanks so much! I've been working on a skirt, and I'm trying to be bold and sew my first zipper, but because it's new I'm totally scared of it, and instead have been reorganizing my thread box to procrastinate. You make the zipper look so simple, that I'm about to confidently attempt to attach it now! (wish me luck! I'll send some pics in when I'm finished!) :*

FAIL.!!!!! everyone knows how to do this.... if you can sew a zipper on jeans then you can brag. :p

Just rewatched this episode, and I really love the waistcoat that Corinne is wearing, any chance you could do an episode with it in?

Unfortunately, the zipper tutorial didn't answer the only really hard part about installing zippers (IMO), which is getting around the zipper head when you don't have a zipper foot. I have my own (inelegant) solution, which I'd be glad to share if anyone is interested, but does anyone else have any bright ideas?
