Sistahs of Harlem T shirt Makeover

i get how to measure the bust/hips... but how are you laying the marks on the shirt? guessing it's contingent on the size tee you're using? try it on first maybe? anyone who's made this have any tasty nuggets of wisdom for me?

I get the bust, waist and hip measurements divided by 4 thing, but what wasn't covered was how far down do you put each mark. Like she says lower hip = 9" below your belly button, but where are the other two supposed to go?

did this by machine..very cool. however since the t was not huge on me i placed the seem inside, still turned out awesome

I've made a lot of altered tees, but using the ties to attach to your bra is brilliant. This is my next project.

Spring. Hah. Where I live, we are receiving about 6-10 inches of snow. So I'll save this t-shirt for when I eventually throw up my hands and move to Mexico. :P

it was a very usefull and great idea, considering that here on Argentina is autumn but the temperatures still very very high, ^_^
