I first saw Leslie on Yo Gabba Gabba. I was watching it with my daughter, of course I don't love it *cough*. I thought Leslie was the creepiest human being on the planet. She redeemed herself with this video. She's oddly awesome.

Corrine - this was an awesome video! You are so much more enjoyable to watch when you don't do that pouty mouth thing and just talk and act normal. Sometimes the mouth pout thing makes you come off as fake and snotty. I know that might come off as sounding mean, but it's not meant to be! I just absolutely ADORED this video and it was the only difference I noticed. Not that I don't adore you usually... Ok, I'll shut up now.

oh Ms. Leslie Hall, i do love thee. she came to baton rouge awhile back to perform and it was fantastic!!! we all wore hideous gym sweaters. she'll then pull the people up with the worst ones and name them and give you an award. it's ridiculous! her lyrics and wordsmithing are amazing. do try and see if you can. for those that seem to be confused on this one... just relax and don't put a lot to thought into it. she's a horse of different color and i embrace that in people.

I adore her! It takes real cojones to rock coke bottle glasses, a sequenced midriff shirt, and spandex pants. Lola Mento, you wish you were so brave!

I must say I really dislike gem sweaters not because of the tackiness, but because they're unflattering. Still, Corinne manages to rock it somehow!! Way to go! Loved Miss Hall. She's hilarious. What a personality :D

I have to say I also do not get Ms. Hall's humor. I watched the segment and some of her videos. I just don't care for her humor. I think it's ok to not like some of the videos. No one can make everyone happy all the time. I like almost all of the other Threadbanger videos, but I did not care for this one.

Ok...as much as I HATE the 80's I watched the videos on Leslie's myspace and I was crackin!!! She is pretty funny! they are def worth a watch! Still not a huge fan of the gem sweater though!

I had never heard of Leslie Hall until I saw this. I am so glad ya'll had her on the show, she's awesome! She really lifted my spirits, and even made me want a gem sweater! lol

As videographer for this segment, I have to tell you, I'd never met Leslie before and had no idea what to expect from her. I seriously was trying not to burst out laughing while we shot this segment. Her delivery, her random mashed words and energy is insane on and definitely off camera as well. She drew a crowd of at least 200 people for 10 minutes while she danced on stage and the people went insane for her. She's a star in the craft world for sure! -Steve C

she was hysterical!! while I have NO desire to make or wear a gem sweater her interview was just what I needed at the end of a busy day....and I would have never thought to use puffy paint to stick gems on to things!! my dd will LOVE that idea...it's something she can do all on her own..since I don't let her handle the glue gun yet....

I loved it! I've always thought Leslie Hall, Keeper of the Gem (Sweater), was hilarious, and she clearly has a great sense of humour about herself. The tutorial on making gem sweaters with puffy paint was just the icing on the cake.
