Just mastered your knot and feel a sewing success. Do you have any tips for tying the finishing knot? I have lots of name labels to sew and have limited inherent sewing knowledge. Thanks
Lots of people think they know how to tie a knot. However they end up with sloppy knots. This is the best way to get consistent knots in a size appropriate for what you are sewing. Just because you are recycling doesn't mean you don't want to look good. Thank you Carly.
Okay, seriously, GlassOnion, if I ever win the lottery, expect a nice sizable gift for this tip. SO much time has been wasted tying knots! Thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou!
OMG! thanks so much for posted this for everyone, I was just watching most likely the same old video about maybe yesterday and i noticed how they threaded it too it kind of buged me but w/e thanks again =D
theres a much easier way to do this. instead of starting it at the needle wrap the end of the thread around ur finger. use ur other finger to push it off alittle and pull. its the same thing kinda just faster
hahaha this is so cute! good tip too. I usually end up sewing knots onto the piece itself...you know by stiching and then looping through the stitch... i hope that makes sense, haha
awww my GlassBaby girl! You are just so adorable hun! I have sewn for like EVER and I never knew this! But the other way...I do it sooo fast. Its like a magic trick lol! Thank you sweety...my son is trying it now...hee hee xoxoxoxo
