I've heard different things about how you are supposed to cut with these... use the back 1/2 or 1/3 of the blade... use the full legnth of the blade... do little snips... are these just archaic nit-picky rules that really don't matter?

he I couple of days ago I tried making my own cardigan but I could not cut the fabric properly but my mom could then I noticed that its  because im left handed and she is not do you maybe know where I can get some good left handed scissors?

Fiskars have scissors for us lefties...  They're my favorite scissors.  No blisters either!  They also have a pair that work for either right/left handed and work fine.  As with many lefties, you probably do a lot of things right handed - I find that this particular pair of Fiskars work best because I've adapted so much to the right handed world that I can't tell when I'm doing things right or left handed.
