I loved the idea of an easy to make hoodie so I made one! Of course I don't actually own a sewing machine...so it is only pinned to take to a friend for sewing but it is ready to go! We used a work uniform as a collegue always wears a flannel to work on top of his shirt so I decided to use this as a way to start my life in sewing :)

YAY! I was one of the Passion for Fashion contestants and that weekend shed light on this site for me. I saw you guys wandering around with the camera and I kept thinking...who are these people? I just browsed through the site and I am in love. Mad love for the American Sewing Expo and this killer site.

Awesome webisode! As I'm a handspinner, I particularly liked the spinning to recycle clothing bit by Back to Back. I was bummed however that there isn't more information on their reuse of materials on their website. The Janome winners were totally adorable, great tut!
