Celebrity DIY Style: Jessica Simpson Tropical Dress

Normally, I wouldn't 'go for' an orange tropical print dress, but I think the cool, dreary weather has finally gotten to me because Jessica Simpson's tunic really caught my eye.  Since I'm ditching sewing for winter, I'm on the lookout for spring projects and this dress may fit the bill.  Simplicity's newly released Cynthia Rowley (2584) dress, tunic, and headband looks remarkably similar and would be a great place to start.  Want to ditch the dress, but covet the bag?  Try enlarging one of McCall's hobos - 5719 or 5198.
