Renegade Craft Fair Wrap-Up
Admittedly, The Renegade Craft Fair is over a week past, but I still thought it would be nice to highlight the stand-outs at this year's Brooklyn edition!
The gorgeous weather helped make for a wonderful event; attendees gathering in great numbers, forcing the tables to stay up and open even after the fair was supposed to close down. With the sounds of dogs playing in a nearby pet pit and ice cream trucks along Bedford Avenue, I walked the winding McCarren Park checking out the booths.
The fair included many of the artists and crafters Threadbanger has highlighted in the past, including 31 CornLane, Prix Prix, and the ever-popular Ruffeo Hearts Lil Snotty
I enjoyed all of the hundreds of stands, but there were a few stand outs this year: I loved Giant Dwarf's wool felt flowered headbands, Fern Animals' homemade stuffed animals, and Mandalinarossa's yarn toys.
Also, a well deserved shout-out to Orangy Porangy, who's gorgegous skirts tempted and taunted me every week at the Madison Wisconsin Farmer's Market during college and surprisingly followed me to Brooklyn for the weekend!
