Weekly DIY Roundup: Stockings!
I got some requests for a stockings roundup last week, so here you go! This is definitely the coolest one I found - by scoochmaroo on instructables, Expandable Christmas Stocking!

For a much more simple design, which can be customizable with your choice of colors/fabric, Inkstainedheart did an instructable for this Christmas Ninja Stocking:

Also super customizable, Planet Green has a how-to for Christmas Stockings from Recycled Wool Sweaters:

The purl bee shows us how to make these Simple Embroidered Stockings:

As for some less traditional designs, Full of Fluff has a tutorial for these Quick Sew Funky Christmas Stockings:

And cherry_blossom55 on craftster shows us how she made this Hardcore Rocking Stocking:

Any Trekkies out there? Make yourself some of these Star Trek Stockings like Ilia on craftster did - she provides a downloadable pattern!

Now some stockings without tutorials for visual inspiration... check out this amazing work of art stocking on The Art of Can Tabistry!

These Striped Stockings by lambiesrock on craftster are cute and simple, and could be given really different looks based on fabric choices:

And I'll leave you with this gorgeously hand-stitched crewel work stocking that Wild Olive's Mollie Johanson's mom made for her first Christmas:

If I missed any good ones, let us know in the comments! Happy last-minute holiday crafting!
