Winter Weights
This past weekend a friend of mine wore an amazing vintage shawl (complete with long, ribbon fringe - it was very Victorian-by-way-of Stevie Nicks [if you know what I'm saying]) and, lo and behold, its doppelganger appeared this week in a Face Hunter post (above). So inspiring! A delicate-but-statement-making shawl (worn over warm but body-conscious layers) seems a great way to lighten up your look mid-season without sacrificing function for form. Especially because you know you're sick of hauling your Giles Deacon-ish knits all over town...
Good...Night....Is that Deacon design a scarf or a boa constrictor? At least her ears are warm...
