Open Sesame...
Last week I was clicking around the fashion blogs and was completely delighted to come across Sesame, an Australian-based, online-only fashion magazine with a definite DIY ethos and an almost disproportionate amount of charm. The current issue (the magazine's fifth!) is a gorgeous mix of fashion spreads (styled by the magazine's editor, Nadia Barbaro), photography, art, and interviews covering the realms of music, fashion, and design. Beautifully designed and easily navigable, the Sesame site is my new go-to for a small dose of something lovely. Oh, and did I mention the adorable xylophone tones that sound out when you roll over a link? How can one NOT be totally charmed?
As far as other online-only mags go, I'm a big fan of the always admirable, DIY-focused N.E.E.T., but otherwise I'm sadly in the dark. Do YOU harbor any crushes on an internet magazine that deserves a little more attention? Fill us in via your comments!
