The only thing I don't like about this dress is the bottom part, with the string. I might just make a hem or put some tulle on it.

This is a really cool dress and i already sewed it yesterday in black-white. I'm looking forward to wear it fridaynight at a party ;)

i was thinking of making this dress but making it shorter soo i can wear it to school with jeans. i want it like a baby doll tee like its tight in the top but flared a little at the bottom! i was wondering does anyone have any tips on how to make the bottom a little flared?

I love the pockets and cowl neck. Also this dress looks high end but only costs a couple of old shirts (free!!!) and a piece of elastic. Nice!

CUUUUUUTE! Very classy design and easy steps. This would be easy to change for different styles based on what shirts are chosen.

Clever, but I would still like to see finished edges and I think you will find that on any streachy fabric a zig-zag will last longer. Use a narrow one on Tee shirt material, a serger is even better.

Interesting idea, but it looks really unflattering on. And she's not fat at all, so it would look even worse on someone with some weight at all. An A for effort, but I would never consider making it.

Now that is cool, I would do without the gathering bottom part of the skirt but the rest give you an idea.
