TOMS Shoes - Eco friendly and help a child!
I came across the shoe company, TOMS Shoes, which was started in 2006 by founder Blake. While vacationing in Argentina, he saw that so many kids were in need of shoes. They were walking to get water and food for miles and had nothing to wear on their feet. Therefore he started TOM's shoes for one reason - to help those kids in need. Not only are these shoes fantastic for the earth, but you can feel good about them They are fantastic for a multitude of reasons, but here are the top 3:
- Their shoes are fly. Trendy, stylish, bold and cutting edge... not to mention afforadable.
- They make their shoes out of recycled material, therefore they're eco friendly and earth friendly.
- For every shoe purchased, they give a pair of shoes to a child in need in countries all over the world. What an amazing gift.
