Couldn't find the pattern,has it been removed?

this is a great template pattern but I could not help but notice how many of comments requested a bra pattern too so here is a link to another site that has a matching bra and pantie "pattern" its more along the lines of instructions but its better than nothing. http://craftingagreenworld.com/2008/05/16/diy-easy-eco-lingerie/

I made these and when i measured myself with your meuasuerment i thought..."ohhhweee this girl is tiny lucky thing ;P"   so i added a "few" inches to each side of the pants and and extra one or two to the 18" you provided .. and they turned out not to shabby.. i made them out of an old sheet i had to "test" and i dare say i think with one or two  little tweeks for my buttocks i will be ready to move on from this old sheet to some nice fabric like hubbys  flannies instead . =)

i made some to ! the 1st ones were super tiny but then i traight it woth strechy fabrick and they tured out to be awsome!!

Claire...just curious...you state that you add a gradual inch for a size large (and 1/2 for med)....so does that mean that the waist size (as far as pattern) will stay the same, just the butt coverage changes?  

Also, the pattern appears to not be scale...is it just a guideling for creating a pattern, or was there an error in measurments?  Thanks

I guess that the best way of knowign your size would be to place and pin elastic band (not streched) on to underware you really like. Then strechit out and measure it to know the measurements and replicate the patter with alterations. I think I'll do this one.

When I made these, i got my measurements wrong and they weren't big enough to be ruched, so I sewed ribbons to the sides so they tie at the sides. If anyone else makes this mistake i recommend trying this.

I am new to threadbanger, but I couldn't wait to try and make a pair of these kinky bloomers. Like many other people on here, I was worried about the sizing. I made an estimate and, admittedly, my first attempt wasn't quite right. However, I just got my stitch ripper out and added an extra piece of material at either side, and now they fit just fine. I even used the rest of the shirt to make a ruched halter top to go with the knickers!

So, I encourage everyone to have a go. With a ruched pattern like this, don't worry too much about the sizing. Just make a start and alter as you go. 

My sewing machine is an ancient, fixed needle, hand-powered Singer, but she did me proud. If I can do it, anyone can!

i made these today and im a large. it was 24in  width and 24in  from bottom to top and my sides were 4 in and it worked amazing for me

I printed this pattern out today and after several adjustments (3 pairs of knickers later) I almost have the perfect pattern for me! Thanks so much for giving me a starting point - I think I am addicted to knickers now!

I love this! But I'm just gonna tear the elastic off of some underwear I don't use anymore. I will just use my own under wear as my own model too. Maybe my method might be a bit easier instead of getting measuring you're body.

can i make this with a woven fabric
or does it have to be stretch??

I can't for the life of me, get this pattern to work with my size (medium) I pretty much took a guess at how wide it should be compaired to the small- and it worked okay... but not great. I'm probably better off just cutting up an old pair and going from there...

you could always take apart an old pair of good fitting underwear to use as a pattern for the perfect fit.

I have noticed the cute undies by Clare Bare on Etsy, and to see her demonstrate in the video made it seem like something I ...might...be able to do on my own.  But you know what? Her prices are so reasonable, I think I'll just keep my eye on her shop!

Oh, I forgot to say this earlier!  If you think this pattern will be too small, then I have an idea! Just don't sew the sides on the panties together- You can sew on pretty ribbon (or a handful of little ribbons or satiny cording) to each of the side pieces and tie them into cute little bows on your hips! :-)

This would fit a fat quarter of fabric perfectly! :-) Awesome weekend project!

I really want to try these out but I noticed that in the picture the measurement on the sides (3.5 inches) looks about the same as the measurement in the middle (2.5 inches).  I'm sure if I made my own pattern using the diagram as guidance the leg holes would be all wrong.  Does any one have a pattern that's to scale?  I can't wait to make my own!!

the panties are a little on the so call sexy side but what if you want plain, but still pretty , but not sexy panties?

I'm more of a large than a small... how do I adjust the measurements?
