Weekly DIY Roundup: Crochet Kitchen Stuff!
After Heather's awesome crocheted rag rug tutorial, and then the kitchen and bath roundup, I got inspired to do a crochet roundup of items for the kitchen, because there are so many out there! There are a ton of great free home decor patterns on crochet me, like this Coffee Hotplate Doily designed by Vashti Braha, made with copper wire:

This Daisy Kitchen Set by Priscilla Hewitt is super cute, with towel and napkin rings, coasters, dishcloths, hotpad, and pot holder:

I imagine that this 9 Sided Kitchen Mat by Linda on Planet Shoup would look super cool with lots of different leftover scrap yarns striping:

Or there's this Semi-Circular Kitchen Rug pattern by Brian McGaunn if that shape fits better in your space:

Knits and Knots' Kitchen Scrubbie look cute and functional:

These Spiral Scrubbies on Crochet Patterns Only look great in all different colors like how mbmaccio on flickr made them:

This Super Duper Kitchen Sponges pattern by Sylver Designs uses tunisian crochet:

This Crochet Flower Hot Pad on Free Craft Unlimited would look cool in lots of different colors:

And then there's Loretta Schepp's Starburst Hotpad - I love this bright version made by Ronnale on flickr:

This potholder pattern on MeerBlick is simple but great looking, and could be customized to any color scheme:

Janelle's Star Dishcloth is super cute, and again would look great with many colors striping:

I like this simplicity of this Wavy Dishcloth pattern on Knits and Knots:

Craft Leftovers' Kristin Roach has a pattern for The Perfect Crochet Dishcloth:

And I'll leave you with this Adorable Apple Cozy by Theresa Grant which is only available as a free ravelry download:

This was just a short list of some fun kitchen patterns I found, but there are tons more out there - ravelry is a great place to find more! Share any of your favorites here in the comments, and share your creations with everyone in the forums!
