Yo guys! As always, here are my top 5 pics from the last couple weeks of offerings from the street style blogosphere - be sure to leave your YAYs and NAYs in the comments section...I chose these first two looks for their squeaky clean Spring aesthetics. The photo at left, from an

Facehunter, is an easy, feminine take on Spring dressing - the jersey dress and trench are absolute basics, but the dress is made pretty with the floral print and necklace and the trench is given some clout with that hat and leather bag. Bohemian-gorgeous. The photo at right is from an

Garance Dore, and I'm so digging her all-American (by way of France, of course), Northeastern Spring style. It's preppy with a dash of rock and roll (check those Wayfarers!) and she just makes it look so easy. This is definitely going in my inspiration folder.
I liked both these outfits (the left from an

Street Peeper) for their TRANSITIONAL status. The jeans and leather accessories go face to face with the last vestiges of winter, while the floaty dress is pure Spring. Overall, it's sort of a fairy-tomboy look, and I'm way into it. At right the winter aspect is - of course - that minimalist grey coat, but underneath is a floral explosion and some just-right-for-Spring-o9 (or ANYTIME, really) vintage-looking denim. And do we even have to talk about the pop of color in her shoes? SO CUTE.
Speaking of CUTE, I found my favorite look this week to be irresistibly so. From an

The Sartorialist, that skirt is so cupcake-inspired that I want to eat it, the lilac blouse is sheer genius, and I might need therapy if I can't score some similar platforms. As with the two preceding looks, this is definitely representative of seasonal transition, and while I never would have thought to pair such amazing frippery with a utilitarian leather bag and oversized blazer, she's right on trend and the result is oh-so-appealing. C'mon, Spring!
