The designers of PONO whose modern line of jewelry have graced the pages of Bazaar magazine as well as Cosmo, Essence, and Teen Vogue have turned their attention- hoping to advertise for something other than just fashion. PONO has started the "Give, Love, Practice Peace" campaign in which pieces of their new fall line represent specific causes such as The Climate Project, Give a Girl a Chance, and the Natural Resources Defense.

Representing the charities they admire, PONO designs a special collection of bangles to represent the specific cause. Not only do the sales of the pieces promote information of the causes and ways to help, but portions of the proceeds go directly to help the charities themselves.The penguin and polar bear bangles above are apart of their "Artic Awarness" line for the National Resourse Defence Council.
