The Selby has held my full internet attention for a whole month now, and for good reason: the gorgeous photo site features the homes and workspaces of all sorts of creatives living in New York, London, and beyond. The subjects (ranging from designer
Alexander Wang to documentary filmmaker
Jauretsi Saizarbitoria to author
Tom Wolfe) are both inspirational and aspirational, and time spent on the site is sure to result in a list of DIY/home improvement projects a mile long. But don't just get caught up in the pretty pictures - other gems on The Selby include handwritten interviews with its subjects and, on occasion, charming little watercolor portraits of interviewees by photographer Todd Selby himself. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go rearrange my living room...
