oh yea, and i dont refrigerate it at all. i let it sit for about 2 days in the back of my pantry, and then i just drink it! turns out great!

the ginger ale is awesome! people ask me to make it for them after they try it. i have the same problem as carly, but what i did was just do it outside, and open the top slowly, this way you dont lose as much. ive also found that a bail top bottle works best for this, just like the one she uses in the video. awesome video though, im making my third bottle right now!

hey! the ginger ale turned out delicious! one problem though...when i opened the bottle after the total 72 hour waiting period, the ginger ale came shooting out! as if i wwas opening an explosive champagne bottle. i ended up with about 2 cups of ginger ale left. do you have any tips to prevent this? or any rreason why this would happen?

Question: Do you strain it after the 48 hours in the dark, after 24 in the fridge, or not at all? Also I really enjoy this new show.

For all of those who want measurments: Tracy did suggest you for to "Your Daily Thread" for more info. On this site is listed the measurments for each ingredient: 
•1 cup of sugar
•1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of freshly grated ginger root.
•juice of one lemon
•1/4 teaspoon of granular baker’s yeast
•Water (to fill your bottle)
