I used to love threadbangers and came here for great ORIGINAL ideas.  Now...I've lost interest and not to mention they only made three years worth of episodes. I honestly thought they (Corrine and Rob) would keep it up so much longer!! Secretlifeofabionerd bails too?(not that I was that impressed with her to begin with) WTF? Have you ever heard the expression "If it ain't broke don't fix it"  well that applies here.  Please, please bring the old thread banger back??!!!!  I can't believe you would disappoint so many viewers and just leave us hanging like that. I feel abandoned and left to fend for myself.  shame on you!! I will never forgive you (unless you come back that is)

an L stitch just means you only have to sew down two sides because you've folded the fabric. hope that helps. :)

Booo! I haven't been to the Threadbangers in about a year. I was all revved up to try out some exciting, original new projects but guess what...there aren't any here. It's all been done before. It's less hip and more hippy. Not a bad thing, it's just not Threadbangers any more.

ok so im gonna be a little snooty and say I really miss rob, meg, and corinne. I really think threadbanger is going a little downhill and not being as original and awesome. Still, I am going to watch and wait. I am gonna give it some time. Some advice to tracy and secretlifeofabionerd: Plan a LOT and make a REALLY AWESOME video. You just need to amp it up a little. Think of the NAME. THREADBANGER. headbanger, rock and roll, street art style, graffiti (ON CLOTHES.) , music. and maybe get some more peeps to do some more vids, I bet there is a LOT of people out there that would ove to do this, maybe even for free (I know I would.) PEACE>snip snip snip.

i have been checking out threadbanger for projects and inspiration for a while and i have to say im a little disappointed. i remember when they used to have orginal tutorials... wamp...

No offense, but there are a few bajillion tote bag tutorials out there.

i like the bag.. it's a good video for beginners. ...but i don't get why they call it an urban tote though, because i dont live in an urban area at all and i've been making stuff like that for a while.. but whatever :)

I like the tut.  It's great for beginners too.

I'm sorry but Threadbanger has just gone so utterly downhill... None of the projects are interesting anymore and none of the tutorials are very high quality.
I don't think I'll be checking back to the site anymore...

I like the idea of using waste fabrics for small projects like this one. However, it could have been better if you had shown other ways of using waste fabrics rather than just making a tote out of them. I heard of using small strips of waste fabric as stuffing for dolls and pillows. There are so many different ways of using scraps so don't be afraid to think out of the box.

You spelled 'apliq.com' wrong either once or twice, depending on which is actually correct (assuming either is). & I agree w/ Estella's comment below.
