Returns and Exchanges

ThreadBanger wants you to love what you bought! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or full refund (including your initial shipping charge). All returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us to acquire the return shipping address. Return shipping must include a tracking number emailed, along with the name of the purchaser, to us at the time of shipping. You are responsible for return shipping.

If the item is defected, please contact us first to receive different shipping instructions.

If you're asking for an exchange, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge after your returned item has been received by us. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a full refund.

All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. Sorry, we do not accept washed items. If a washed item is returned, we’ll have to refuse it and send it back.

International Shipping Policy:

International packages are subject to customs/duties charges. ThreadBanger is not responsible for these charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office, and cannot be determined ahead of time by ThreadBanger. We do try to minimize these charges for you by listing the wholesale value of the order on the commercial invoice. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing the costs for you. However, we cannot mark international orders as a “gift” to bypass/reduce any of these charges. This is an illegal practice, and something we will not do as an established business.
